Based in New York, Richard is the Founder of Plaeris, a fund focused on small business acquisitions. Richard also owns and serves as CEO of Paul Davis Restoration of Metro New York and Northeast New Jersey.

Prior to Plaeris, Richard was a Principal at The Blackstone Group, one of the world’s largest alternative asset managers, where he built a strong foundation in investing and transaction execution.

Richard earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
